Pristyn Equipment Trading LLC is committed to the safe and timely delivery of medical equipment and consumables across the UAE, ensuring product integrity and regulatory compliance.

1. Delivery & Fulfillment

Service Area:
We deliver to:

  • hospitals, clinics, and distributors (B2B)
  • individual customers purchasing online (B2C) within the UAE

Order Processing:
In-stock orders are typically processed within 2–3 working days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and UAE public holidays).

Estimated Delivery:

  • Consumables / Small Equipment: 2–3 working days
  • Large / Specialized Equipment: varies based on customs clearance or installation needs (confirmed at quotation)

We work with accredited medical logistics partners to ensure secure handling and transport.

2. Shipping Requirements & Costs

Temperature-Sensitive Products:
Where applicable, items are shipped using temperature-controlled packaging in line with GSDP (Good Storage and Distribution Practice) standards.

Shipping Fees:
Charges depend on:

  • weight
  • volume
  • destination

Shipping costs will be clearly presented in your quotation or at online checkout before payment.

Refund & Returns Policy

Due to strict health and hygiene regulations and the nature of medical products, our return policy prioritizes patient safety and product integrity.

1. Eligible Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Damaged on Arrival (DOA)
  • Verified manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect item shipped

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • opened sterile/ sealed consumables
  • personal use medical devices (unless defective)
  • products expired due to improper storage after delivery
  • special or custom-order items

3. Return Procedure

To request a return:

  1. Notify us within 7 working days of delivery with:
  • Order Number
  • reason for return
  • clear photos

  1. If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  2. Collection
  • For eligible claims such as DOA, incorrect item shipped, or verified manufacturing defect:
    collection will be arranged by Pristyn at no cost.
  • For all other approved returns (e.g., customer error, wrong item ordered, change of requirement):
    collection charges will apply, and the cost will be deducted from the refund or invoiced separately.

Resolution options:

  • replacement product
  • full refund to the original payment method (7–14 working days processing time)
