The LUXAMED LuxaScope Otoscope & Ophthalmoscope Diagnostic Set combines two professional examination instruments in one compact diagnostic set: the LuxaScope Auris LED Otoscope and LuxaScope Oculus LED Ophthalmoscope.
The set is available in two configurations: 2.5V, reference AF.416.114, and 3.7V, reference AF.426.114. The 2.5V version uses 2 × AAA alkaline batteries, while the 3.7V version uses a 3.7V lithium-ion rechargeable battery and includes a USB charger.
The LuxaScope Auris LED Otoscope features a concentric 6-LED ring, approximately 10,000 Lux illumination, dimmable brightness and a pivoting 3× magnifying lens with locking function. It also includes an insufflation port for pneumatic testing.
The LuxaScope Oculus LED Ophthalmoscope is designed for direct ophthalmic examination and provides five aperture options, including fixation cross, large circle, small circle, semicircle and green filter. Its correction range extends from +20 to -20 diopters.
The LUXAMED LuxaScope Diagnostic Set is intended for professional visual examination of the ear and eye. The otoscope is designed for examination of the ear canal and eardrum, while the ophthalmoscope is designed for direct examination of the eye.
